You must promptly notify win345 of any change to your registered details, including your mobile number or payment account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win345 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. win345 will never request your password via email, telephone, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify win345 immediately via the support contact. win345 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay. The minimum deposit for bank transfer channels (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) is PKR 1,000. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change; current minimums are displayed on the Wallet — Deposit page.
By depositing funds into your win345 Account, you warrant that the funds are derived from lawful sources and that you are the legitimate owner or authorised user of the payment instrument used. win345 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to another person will be returned and the Account subject to review.
⚠️ Third-party payments: Depositing funds sourced from a third party's JazzCash account, bank account, or any other payment instrument belonging to someone other than the registered Account holder is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.
Withdrawal of funds from your win345 Account is subject to: (a) completion of KYC identity verification to the satisfaction of win345; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balance being fulfilled; and (c) the absence of any active investigation into the Account for suspected breach of this Agreement.
win345 targets the following withdrawal processing times from the moment a withdrawal request is approved: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes; SadaPay and Raast — 5 to 30 minutes; HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank — 1 to 4 hours. These timescales represent win345's internal processing targets and are not guaranteed in all circumstances, including during periods of high transaction volume, technical maintenance, or where additional security verification is required.
win345 operates a return-to-source withdrawal policy wherever technically feasible. Withdrawals will be directed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible — for example, where the original payment method has been decommissioned — win345 will request documentary evidence to verify an alternative method before processing.
win345 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Fees imposed by your own bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment intermediary are outside win345's control and are your responsibility.
✅ No win345 withdrawal fees: The amount requested in your withdrawal is the amount win345 will send. There are no platform deductions on payouts. Any charges beyond this originate from your payment provider's own fee structure.
All bets placed on win345 are subject to acceptance by the Company. win345 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of an explicit on-screen confirmation and the deduction of the corresponding stake from your Account Balance. Bets placed after the commencement of an event may be voided at win345's discretion.
Odds on win345 are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed at stated odds, those odds are fixed for the purposes of settlement — except in the event of manifest pricing errors (see 6.4 below). win345 may suspend or withdraw markets at any time without notice, including during live events.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body for the sport or event concerned. For cricket — including PSL, ICC, and bilateral series matches — the result as declared by the relevant cricket board is final. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or subject to a walkover, win345's specific sport rules for that event type will govern settlement.
win345 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that contained a manifest pricing error — an odds figure that was demonstrably and materially incorrect due to a technical, human, or data feed error. Where win345 exercises this right, affected stakes will be refunded to Account Balances in full. win345 will not fulfil bets based on odds that no reasonable person could have believed to represent fair market value.
Maximum single-event payout limits apply on win345 across all sports and market types. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the Sport-Specific Rules section of the Platform. Bets that would otherwise return more than the applicable maximum will be settled at the maximum limit, with the excess voided.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on win345 Casino use independently certified RNG technology. Certification is issued by recognised testing laboratories and verifies that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced or predicted by the Platform, the player, or any third party. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the offer-specific terms prevail with respect to the bonus in question.
Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus (and, in some cases, the deposit that triggered the bonus) before the Bonus Balance converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates — which vary by game type and may be less than 100% for live casino games — minimum odds conditions, and bonus expiry dates are all stated in the individual offer terms.
Participation in a promotional offer in bad faith, through multiple accounts, through coordination with other users, or through any method designed to exploit the promotion rather than engage with it in the spirit of genuine play, constitutes bonus abuse. win345 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived therefrom, and to permanently close accounts found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse.
ℹ️ Bonus withdrawal sequence: Where your Account holds both a main Balance and a Bonus Balance, the main Balance is typically available for withdrawal at any time (subject to KYC compliance). The Bonus Balance becomes withdrawable only upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawing your main Balance before satisfying wagering requirements will typically result in forfeiture of the outstanding Bonus Balance. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on win345 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all or part of Account Balance as determined by the Company in its sole discretion:

win345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the User has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) win345 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) the User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (d) continued operation of the Account would breach win345's regulatory obligations; or (e) the Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach of this Agreement, win345 will return any genuine Account Balance to the User via the payment method on record, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus Balance and any wagering-conditional credits will not be returned regardless of the reason for closure. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, win345 may withhold all or part of the Balance to cover losses, costs, or penalties attributable to the breach.
Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting win345 support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, win345 will offer the option of a temporary cool-off period or self-exclusion as an alternative. Any remaining genuine Balance will be paid out following identity verification and satisfying any outstanding compliance requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win345's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement or the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any amounts already withdrawn in the same period.
win345 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with: your use of or inability to access the Platform; loss of winnings due to technical failure outside win345's reasonable control; interruption to betting markets or game availability due to third-party data feed failure; or any reliance placed on information published on the Platform.
ℹ️ Note: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which win345 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to win345's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute, the relevant account details, and the resolution sought.
win345 will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 5 business days and issue a formal written response within 30 days of acknowledgement. Where a dispute remains unresolved following win345's formal response, the User may escalate the matter to the independent arbitration body designated by win345's Licence authority. The decision of that arbitration body shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that you will not initiate any legal proceedings in connection with this Agreement without first having exhausted the win345 internal dispute resolution process and, where applicable, the independent arbitration procedure described above.
win345 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, win345 will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect — except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory obligation or law, in which case the amendment will take effect without the standard notice period.
Your continued use of the win345 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10.3 above.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions — identified by the Effective Date shown in the hero section of this page — supersedes all prior versions.
